University of Rochester Medical Center — Patient Stories
URMC wanted to expand their patient base and become the preferred healthcare choice in the region. Our solution was simple: tell stories. We created patient story videos for URMC’s website that showed how the hospital touches people’s lives in amazing ways through their patient-centered care and clinical expertise. Then we created a multimedia campaign inviting people to watch the videos and share their own stories online. As a result, URMC received nearly 33,000 visits to their microsite and Facebook “likes” across departments increased between 250%-400%.
